Disability Support Worker
Support NDIS participants with everyday activities, personal goals and community participation while promoting choice, independence and dignity.

- Assistance with daily living and personal care
- Following individual support plans
- Completing shift notes and required documentation
- Supporting community access and appointments
- Encouraging independence and skill development

Role requirements
Depending on the position, applicants may need:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Police Check
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Relevant disability, community services or similar qualification
- Good written and verbal communication skills
