About the Role

Understand your responsibilities and how you will make a difference in participants’ daily lives.

Provide day-to-day support including personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Assist participants with community access, appointments, and transportation
Support the implementation of person-centred care plans
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and shift notes
Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Build positive relationships with participants and their families
Encourage independence, confidence, and skill development

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality care.

Relevant qualification in Disability Support, Community Services, or similar (preferred)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid Police Check
First Aid & CPR Certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A caring, patient, and responsible attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)
