  • Experience providing personal care, assisting with medications, and transfers
    Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks, including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role)

Task & responsibilities

Good judgment, common sense, listening skills, willingness to learn, and commitment to our values.

Willing to work varied shifts with varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with short shifts, sleepovers, and active night shifts. We also need you to be able to commit to ongoing shifts where necessary.

Full driver’s license and be willing and comfortable with providing transport in your own vehicle sometimes (we reimburse you for the cost)
Ability, willingness to, and (where possible) experience in, supporting, and promoting the individual needs, skills, abilities, and personal and Employment goals of people with disabilities.

Skills & Experience

  1. A proven can-do, positive, and willing attitude.
  2. Demonstrated ability to communicate well with others.
  3. Friendly disposition and engaging manner.
  4. Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent Or working towards it.
  5. Current First Aid certificate & CPR.
  6. NDIS Workers Screening Card – apply online.
  7. Blue Card – apply online.
  8. NDIS Orientation Module – complete online FREE.
  9. NDIS Effective Communication Module – complete online FREE.
  10. Drivers License and Comprehensive Car Insurance
