Home
Practical support at home and in the community, built around your everyday life.
Thanks for helping me and guiding me to receive the right support. I am happy with the care I received from Hope and integrity care services.
I have had some bad experiences before with other support workers. To my surprise David Kamanda walked in and immediately I felt Like in 5 minutes I had known this person forever. I felt very comfortable and trusted David straight away. Very kind hearted easy to have a conversation with. David is very flexible with my times as I have varied hospital appointments . He has helped me out with jobs around the house already that I am incapable of doing myself.
David has improved my lifestyle with his willingness to offer support where and when I need it ,he also has made me realise how much I needed someone to talk to and brightens my day every time he comes.
I would recommend Hope and integrity to anyone who needs help .

Where we provide support
Based in Hillcrest, Logan, we provide NDIS support across Logan, Ipswich, Brisbane’s southside and the Bayside. Explore your area to see the suburbs we support and learn more about local services.
Not sure if we support your suburb?
View all service areas and the suburbs we currently cover.
Logan
Our shortest run, and usually the easiest area to arrange. We are based in Hillcrest.
Ipswich
We come out along the motorway rather than in from the city, so the corridor suburbs are closer than you would think.
Brisbane
The southside rather than the whole city, which is why the suburbs we do cover get a real answer.
Brisbane Bayside
We come up from the southern end, so Redland Bay and Victoria Point are our near edge.
Straightforward support, from the start
We try to make support clear and practical from the first conversation through to the way it works day to day.
We’ll be clear about fit
If we can’t provide the support you need or don’t have suitable capacity, we’ll tell you early.
Your choices guide the support
Your routines, preferences and goals help shape how support is arranged and delivered.
We keep you informed
If something changes, we communicate with you rather than leaving you wondering what is happening.
Support can change with you
Needs and circumstances do not always stay the same. Where possible, we adjust support as they change.
The right support starts with the right people
Who provides your support matters.
We take care with matching, preparation and consistency so you can feel comfortable with the people supporting you.
Thoughtful matching
We consider your support needs, routine, preferences and communication style when matching workers with you.
Prepared for your support
Workers are screened, onboarded and prepared for the role they are providing. Where support is more complex, preparation is specific to the participant.
Familiar people where possible
We aim to build a consistent support team around you and keep you informed when roster changes are needed.
Starting support is straightforward
You do not need to have everything worked out before you contact us. Tell us where you are, the kind of support you are looking for and roughly when you need it, and we can talk through the rest.
Tell us what you need
Call us or send an enquiry with your suburb, the support you are looking for and the days or times that may suit you.
Talk it through
We’ll learn more about your routine, needs and preferences, answer your questions and check whether we have the right support and capacity.
Plan the next step
If we are a good fit, we’ll talk through how support could work, who may be involved and what needs to happen before support begins.
Referring someone for support?
We work with support coordinators and health professionals looking for reliable support across daily living, Supported Independent Living, high intensity support and community nursing. Send us the participant’s suburb, support needs and preferred timing, and we’ll let you know whether we have suitable capacity.
Questions people ask us
Can I use Hope & Integrity if my plan is NDIA-managed, plan-managed or self-managed?
Yes. Hope & Integrity is a registered NDIS provider, so we can provide supports to participants with NDIA-managed funding as well as participants whose funding is plan-managed or self-managed. NDIA-managed participants must use registered providers for their NDIS supports.
Do you have availability right now?
Availability depends on the support you need, your location, preferred days and times, and whether we have the right workers available. Send us your suburb and a brief outline of what you need and we can check current capacity.
Can I change to Hope & Integrity from another provider?
Yes. You can choose to change providers. Before making the switch, check your current service agreement for any notice period or cancellation requirements so your supports can transition as smoothly as possible.
How do I know if my NDIS funding can be used for a support?
It depends on the funding in your plan and whether the support meets the applicable NDIS requirements. We can explain the services we provide and our pricing, but we will not make promises about what your plan will fund. Your my NDIS contact, plan manager or support coordinator can help confirm this.
Do I need a support coordinator or referral to contact you?
No. You can contact our team directly, whether you are a participant, family member or someone helping organise support. For some supports, we may need additional information before services can begin.
Do you provide therapy such as occupational therapy or speech therapy?
No. Hope & Integrity is not an allied health provider, so we do not provide occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy or psychology. Our team can work alongside other professionals involved in your support where appropriate.
What if Hope & Integrity is not the right provider for me?
We’ll tell you. If the support you need is outside our scope, we do not service your area or we do not have suitable capacity, we would rather be clear about that early than leave you waiting.
Still have a question?
Call our team on 1300 544 958 or send us an enquiry. We’ll answer what we can and let you know if we’re the right fit.
