Hope & Integrity Care provides Round-the-clock Support for individuals with complex or multiple support needs. Our 24*7 Complex Support includes skilled support workers, rapid hospital discharge, Community Access, and in-home support.

Supported Independent Living

Hope & Integrity Care has in-house Support Coordinators who are well-connected and have a wide range of contacts and deep sector knowledge. Our goal is to help you get the best out of your NDIS plan and develop your skill sets to make informed decisions.

High Intensive Daily Support

At Hope & Integrity Care, we have an experienced team that will work with you to develop SIL supports that are completely tailored to your needs. This can include shared hours of one-to-one or two-to-one support and include any type of overnight support.

By partaking in hobbies and interests of your choice, whether it is learning to cook or getting out and enjoying sporting activities locally, having family and friends participating increases our client’s enjoyment and heightens their feeling of community.
