NDIS Support Across Logan, Ipswich, Brisbane and Bayside

The whole map on one page: every area, every suburb we are in often, and an honest answer for the in-between places.

Say your suburb and we will take it from there.

ONE FOOTPRINT

Four areas, one connected patch

Seen from above, the four areas are not four separate places. They are one connected stretch of South East Queensland, Ipswich in the west and the bay in the east, with our Hillcrest base near the middle of it. One road, Mount Cotton Road, starts in Brisbane, crosses the Redlands and comes out in Logan: three of our areas on a single stretch of bitumen.

Lives run the same way. Home in one area, a day program in another, family out in a third. The coverage is shaped like that on purpose.

AREA BY AREA

Find your suburb

Each area name links to its full page. The fastest answer, though, is to look for your own suburb right here.

Logan

Our shortest run, and usually the easiest area to arrange. We are based here.

Ipswich

We come out along the motorway rather than in from the city, so the corridor is closer than you would think.

Brisbane southside

The southside rather than the whole city, which is why the suburbs we do cover get a real answer.

Brisbane Bayside

We come up from the southern end, so Redland Bay and Victoria Point are our near edge.

ON THE BOUNDARIES

The in-between places

Some suburbs never know which box they belong in. Rochedale and Rochedale South are one name split across two councils. Daisy Hill runs up against the motorway that divides Logan from Brisbane, and Goodna sits right where Ipswich and Brisbane lean into each other.

If yours is one of these, that is usually good news rather than bad. A suburb between two of our areas can be reached from either side, which often means more workers within range, not fewer. Say the name and we will tell you where you land.

Thanks for helping me and guiding me to receive the right support. I am happy with the care I received from Hope and integrity care services.

WHEN LIFE MOVES

If you move, you do not start again

Around here, people move. A lease ends in Woodridge and the next place is in Redbank Plains, or a family sells in Runcorn and buys in Thornlands. Moving is usually where support falls apart, because a new suburb has always meant a new provider and the whole story told again from the beginning.

Inside this footprint it means a change of roster, not a change of provider. Same phone number, same team behind it, and where rosters allow, the same faces. Tell us the date and we will rebuild the week around the new address.

FOR REFERRERS

For support coordinators and referrers

One referral covers all four areas, and a participant who relocates inside them stays placed instead of returning to your list. One registration covers it too, in force until 24 March 2029, checkable on the Provider Register below.

Send the participant’s suburb, the support type and the plan status, and we will come back to you on capability and availability.

QUESTIONS

Questions about where we work

My suburb is not on any of the lists. Is that a no?

Not by itself. The lists show where we are busiest, and plenty of the suburbs we work in sit between the ones named. Ring and say where you are, and you will get a real answer either way.

No, and it is more common than you would think. Supports can follow you across the areas we cover. Mention it on the first call and the roster gets built around the whole week, not just the house.

One provider, one registration, one phone number. The faces differ from area to area, because we keep workers on rounds close to the people they support, but the screening, the standards and the number you ring never change.

No. We work across Logan, Ipswich, Brisbane’s southside and the bayside suburbs, and we would rather say that plainly than stretch ourselves thin. If you are outside that, ring anyway and we will point you somewhere sensible if we can.

Still have a question?
Call our local team on 1300 544 958. We will answer it plainly, even if the answer is that we are not the right fit.

NEXT STEP

Start with the name of your suburb

That is genuinely all we need. Say it, and we will tell you which area it sits in, whether we can cover it, and what the next step looks like. Working out the label is our job, not yours.
