Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of this website, run by Hope & Integrity Care Services Pty Ltd (ABN 66 655 848 249). They are written in plain English to be clear and fair, not to trip anyone up. By using the site, you agree to them.

One thing before anything else: these terms are about the website only. They are separate from the supports we provide. If we work together, your supports are set out in a service agreement that we go through with you properly.

Nothing on this website creates a service relationship between us. NDIS supports are only ever provided under a separate written service agreement, made directly with the participant or their representative. If anything on this site ever appears to conflict with a service agreement, the service agreement wins.

 

The information here is general

We work hard to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but the information is general in nature. It is not medical advice, legal advice or financial advice, and it is not a promise about NDIS funding. Every plan is different, so decisions about your supports and funding should be made with your support coordinator, plan manager or the NDIA, and with the health professionals who know your situation. For advice about your own circumstances, talk to us  or to someone qualified to help.

 

Using this site

You are welcome to browse, read, print and share links to anything here. Please use the site honestly and lawfully: no attempting to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, no using it to send spam, malicious code or anything unlawful, and no scraping or republishing our content as your own.

 

Enquiries and referrals

When you contact us, send an enquiry or make a referral  through this site, please make sure the information you give is accurate. If you are sharing information about someone else, only do so with their consent or the proper authority, our referral form asks you to confirm this. How we handle everything you send is covered by our Privacy Policy

 

This site is not for emergencies

Messages sent through this website are not monitored around the clock. If there is an emergency, or someone is at immediate risk, call Triple Zero (000). For urgent support matters during business hours, call us on 1300 544 958 rather than using a form.

 

Our content

The words, images, logo and design on this site belong to Hope & Integrity Care Services or are used with permission. You can share and quote reasonably, with credit. Reusing our content commercially needs our written okay first.

 

Links to other websites

We sometimes link to other sites, like the NDIS Provider Register, because they are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. It is worth checking their own terms when you visit.

 

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded, those guarantees apply no matter what these terms say.

 

Things beyond our control

We aim to keep this site available, accurate and error-free, but we cannot promise it always will be, and we may change or take down parts of it for updates or maintenance. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using the site or from being unable to. This does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We update this site, and these terms, from time to time. The version on this page is the current one, and the date at the top shows when we last updated it.
