QUESTIONS

Common questions

How quickly will someone get back to me?

We read messages on business days and come back to you as soon as we can. If you need an answer today, calling 1300 544 958 is faster than the form.

Yes. Family members, carers, nominees, guardians and support coordinators contact us every week. We will still want to talk with the person themselves before support starts. It is their plan and their choice.

Call 1300 544 958 during business hours rather than using the form. In a life threatening emergency, call 000. If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment, 106 is the text emergency number, used with a TTY rather than by SMS.
