Choosing who comes into your home matters, so matching is not an afterthought. Where possible you can meet your worker before support starts, and if something is not working, tell us and we will change it.

Start with a simple conversation

Questions about getting NDIS support
The questions participants and families ask us most.
Do I need to know what support I need before enquiring?
No. Many people start exactly where you are, whether you are enquiring for yourself or for someone you care about. Tell us what a normal week looks like and where it gets hard, things like mornings, meals, transport or time in the community, and we will help you work out what support could look like. That is what the first chat is for.
Is this covered by my NDIS funding?
Everyday supports like these usually sit in the Core supports part of an NDIS plan. Every plan is different, so nothing here is a promise about your funding. Check with your support coordinator or plan manager, or call us on 1300 544 958 and we will help you work it out.
Can I enquire for a family member?
Yes. Parents, partners and carers contact us for someone they love all the time. We will answer your questions and talk through whether we are the right fit. And when support starts, the person it is for stays at the centre of every decision, because it is their plan and their choice.
Can support fit around my routine?
Yes. Your routine is where we start. We plan support around the days and times that work for you, whether that is school mornings, work hours or weekends, and where possible we keep the same support workers with you, so the person at your door is a familiar face.
Can I switch from my current provider?
Yes. People change providers for all sorts of reasons, and it is more straightforward than most expect. We can talk you through the steps, including the notice period in your current service agreement, and plan the change with you so your supports carry on as smoothly as possible.
Do you have availability at the moment?
Yes, we are currently taking new participants for everyday supports across our areas. Availability depends on your suburb and the days you need, so the fastest way to a straight answer is to send an enquiry or call. We aim to respond within one business day.
What happens after I enquire?
One of our local team gives you a call. We ask about your situation, your area and your goals, answer your questions in plain words, and if we both feel it is a fit, we plan the first visit. No pressure and no paperwork on that first call.
Ready to talk it through?
Give our local team a call. We’ll listen, answer your questions and help you understand the next step.
