Person-centred NDIS support delivered across our local communities.
Thanks for helping me and guiding me to receive the right support. I am happy with the care I received from Hope and integrity care services.
I have had some bad experiences before with other support workers. To my surprise David Kamanda walked in and immediately I felt Like in 5 minutes I had known this person forever. I felt very comfortable and trusted David straight away. Very kind hearted easy to have a conversation with. David is very flexible with my times as I have varied hospital appointments . He has helped me out with jobs around the house already that I am incapable of doing myself.
David has improved my lifestyle with his willingness to offer support where and when I need it ,he also has made me realise how much I needed someone to talk to and brightens my day every time he comes.
I would recommend Hope and integrity to anyone who needs help .
Support that starts with understanding you
Hope & Integrity Care Services supports NDIS participants with everyday life, independence and community participation. We take the time to understand each person, what matters to them and how they want their support to work.
Our approach is practical, respectful and flexible. Whether someone needs help with day-to-day activities or support to get out into the community, we aim to provide support that fits around the individual and their goals.
Person-Centred Support
Support shaped around your needs, preferences and goals.
Local & Connected
Providing support across the communities where participants live and belong.
Clear about what we do
Hope & Integrity Care Services is a registered NDIS provider based in Hillcrest, Logan, supporting participants across Logan, Ipswich, Brisbane’s southside and the bayside suburbs. Our work centres on practical disability support and community nursing.
We provide support with daily routines, personal care, household tasks, community participation, supported independent living, short term accommodation and higher intensity support needs. Community nursing is provided by appropriately qualified nurses within our registered scope.
We are also clear about the services we do not provide. We are not an allied health provider and do not deliver occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy or psychology. We can help put behaviour support plans into practice, but we do not develop those plans, and we do not provide support coordination, plan management or housing services.
If what you need sits outside our scope, we will be upfront about it and help point you in the right direction.
We’ll tell you if we’re not the right fit
If we can’t provide the support you need, don’t service your area or don’t have suitable capacity, we’ll tell you early. We’d rather be clear from the beginning than leave you waiting for an answer.
We’re honest about what we don’t know
If we’re unsure whether something is covered by your NDIS plan, we won’t guess. We’ll explain what we know and suggest speaking with your support coordinator, plan manager or the appropriate person for confirmation.
Your choices remain yours
Family members, carers and professionals are often involved in organising support, but the participant remains at the centre of the conversation. Their preferences, goals and choices guide how support is provided.
We support greater independence
Where support is intended to build skills or confidence, progress may mean being able to do more with less assistance over time. Our role is to support that progress, not create unnecessary dependence.
Support should be able to change
Needs, routines and circumstances can change. Where possible, we work with participants to adjust how support is delivered rather than expecting everything to stay the same.
How we work
Good values should show up in the way support is delivered. These are some of the practical standards we try to bring to every conversation, decision and support relationship.

The people who turn up
The person providing your support matters.
We put thought into matching, preparation and consistency so the support feels right in practice, not just on paper.
How we match
We start with the practical things: the support you need, your routine, availability, communication preferences and anything else that matters to you. We also consider whether the working relationship feels right. Where practical, you can meet a support worker before your first shift together.
How workers are prepared
Our support workers complete the required screening, onboarding and training for their role before providing support. Where someone has higher-intensity support needs, preparation is specific to that participant so workers understand their routines, risks, preferences and the support they are expected to provide.
Keeping support consistent
Consistency can make a real difference, so we aim to keep familiar workers around you wherever possible. Rosters sometimes need to change because of leave, availability or other circumstances, but we will communicate changes and work with you to maintain a team that knows you and your support.

Registered, with standards behind it
Hope & Integrity Care Services is a registered NDIS provider, which means our organisation and the supports we provide are required to meet the standards set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
For participants and families, that adds another layer of accountability around how support is delivered, how workers are screened and how the organisation operates.
Our registration is currently approved until 24 March 2029, and you can verify it directly on the NDIS Commission website.
Questions people ask us
Can I talk with someone before deciding if Hope & Integrity is right for me?
Absolutely. You can speak with our team about the support you’re looking for, ask questions and get a clearer idea of whether we’re a suitable fit before making any decisions.
Can my family, support coordinator or another person be involved?
Yes. With your involvement and consent, we can work with the people who are important to your support, including family members, carers, support coordinators and other professionals.
How do you get to know someone before support begins?
We start by learning about your routines, preferences, goals and the kind of support you need. This helps us understand what matters to you and plan support that works in everyday life.
Can my support change over time?
Yes. Needs, routines and goals can change, so support should be able to change with them. We can review how things are working and discuss adjustments when needed.
What is the best way to find out if you can support me?
Get in touch with our team and tell us a little about what you’re looking for. We can talk through your needs, location and current availability and let you know what the next step could be.
Which areas do you work in?
Logan, Ipswich, Brisbane’s southside and Brisbane’s bayside suburbs. Every suburb we are in most often is listed here.
