About the Role
Understand your responsibilities and how you will make a difference in participants’ daily lives.
- Provide day-to-day support including personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Assist participants with community access, appointments, and transportation
- Support the implementation of person-centred care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and shift notes
- Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Build positive relationships with participants and their families
- Encourage independence, confidence, and skill development
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality care.
- Relevant qualification in Disability Support, Community Services, or similar (preferred)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, patient, and responsible attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)
